Reservations are void unless paid as below:

Deposit: 1/2 of rental fee within 2 weeks after making reservation.

Balance of rental fee and tax required 2 weeks before check-in date.

Check In: 3:00 pm Friday Check Out: Noon following Friday

Refunds: none unless you cancel: Summer: 60 days before check-in date. Off-season: 10 days before check-in date.

This is a 2-bedroom, 14 x 52 ft, mobile home on a private half-acre lot (not in a trailer court), with 2 queen-size beds, cable TV, air conditioning, living room, dining area and roofed deck with view of hayfields and wooded hills 1/2 mile away.  It has a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, silverware, dishes, pots and pans.  The water is from a municipal water system.

It is located 3 mi south of Cooperstown Dreams Park, and 8 mi south of Cooperstown, on Route 28 (the main highway from I-88 to Cooperstown) at the Village of Milford, NY.

Two restaurants are 3/4 mi away. A steak house, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Chinese eat-in/take-out  and a P&C supermarket are 4 mi away.

Freshly-laundered bed linens are provided, but you should bring your own towels. For more information, please contact:

Located just 2 miles from the Village of Cooperstown, this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 4-6 people. Two floors with a private entrance thru French doors that lead into a small fully equipped kitchen (with gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed) and an eating area, up two steps into a fully furnished living area with satellite TV and a full size sofa/sleeper.

The bedroom is up a flight of stairs and is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a small roll-out. Rates are $750.00 per week and include linens. Availability starting June 25th. Check in time is Saturday at 3:00 with check out on Friday at 12:00.

Cancellations are 60 day notice for July & August, 30 days all others. Reservations require 50% deposit in check or money order within two weeks of making reservation, with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Sorry there is no smoking and no pets allowed.
