Beautiful and quiet country setting on one private acre. We are located in scenic Otsego County, just 15 minutes from Oneonta and 20 minutes from the world famous Cooperstown, and only 2 miles from the Gilbert Lake State Park in the peaceful Leatherstocking Region of New York State.

Sweet Dreams Cottage is a short, scenic drive to Baseball Hall of Fame, Soccer Hall of Fame, the famous Glimmerglass Opera, Farmers Museum, SUCO and Hartwick Colleges. It is also a short day trip away from Howe Caverns and Windham Ski Resort Area.  

If you just want to relax, the area abounds with wildlife, antique shops, fine restaurants, golf courses and of course a beautiful State Park where you can swim, fish, hike, bike or just enjoy nature.

Our cozy, charming cabin has an enclosed front porch to relax on, while you watch our glorious sunrises.

It is a perfect getaway for the special couple, (or for one, of course.)  Ideal for Dreams Park parents!

The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed,  dresser, TV and nightstand.  Linens are supplied at an additional charge.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, toaster and coffee maker.

Air conditioned, with DishNetwork TV and all the comforts of your home away from home.
