The Glimmerglass Opera Program Book remains the single most useful tool in our area to reach a broad cross-section of consumers, ranging from local residents to international tourists and opera aficionados. Results of a recent survey show that Glimmerglass Opera attracts patrons who have an income of $50,000 or more. The survey also shows that our audience remains within the area for two, three and four days at a time in order to see all four operas.   • Glimmerglass Opera, now in its 24th Season, is the leading summer opera company in the Northeast.
  • Last season a new attendance record was set with almost 32,000 visitors from Europe, Canada and the US.
  • 51% of our audience comes from outside a two-hour radius of Cooperstown. They typically spend at least one night in the area.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Select layout A - G; no altered formats will be accepted.
  • No bleeds beyond format measurements.
  • Camera-ready artwork and negatives will be accepted. Non-camera-ready materials will be handled at the discretion of the company.
  • Design, typesetting or set-up charges will be billed to the advertiser.
  • Any corrections of camera-ready artwork to fit format size or to meet editorial standards will be billed to the advertiser.
  • Advertisers will be charged the discounted rate for space reservations and payments made by April 27, 1998. New advertisers must send payment by Mayl 1. All other outstanding accounts are due upon publication of the Glimmerglass Opera Program Book.
  • Advertisers will receive a 10% discount for upgrades on 1997 space reservations.
  • Advertisers will receive a complimentary Program Book.
  • Only one discount offer per space reservation will apply.
